Introduction to photography…

Right then, lets start rippin’ that shutter, first step- get a camera guys, photography is an art, its an art of viewing things, you could make pictures of excellent quality with a compact point and shoot ( this is what i will be referring the small compact digital cameras ) just as you would with a 2000 quid DSLR. Its all in the eye and how well you know the setting of your camera.
Hey you gotta know how to operate a car for you to drive well, right? The same applies to cameras as well, get out that old camera manual probably under a stack of magazines or used as a mug coaster right now, and go learn the things that you dont know. You dont need an awesome camera to take awesome pictures, thats all marketing strategy. My girlfriend takes awesome photos using her 2gig camera phone. And its not even a cybershot guys.

Second – photography is not a spectator sport, get your lazy bum off the bed or seat and go out shooting, pronto. Your skills will improve as you take more and more photos and dont stop trying. Take pictures in different environments so you’ll get a hang for the different settings needed. Like everything else, practice makes perfect,..well nearly.
Shoot everything and try and not to be lazy or shy at pressing that shutter down. Right, i suppose your all provoked or pumped up to start photography, hold on, most importantly, ENJOY and savour the moments of taking a photo! Coz that will keep you going. Peace in the middle east.
